Dried Mango Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mangoes (The number of mangoes is up to you and the capacity of your food dehydrator)
  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Peel mango skin off with a peeler

  2. Cut mango in 1/4 inch thick slices

  3. Add 1 cup of lemon juice to 4 cups of water. Then soak mango slices in mixture for 10 - 15 minutes.

  4. Lay out all mango slices evenly on a dehydrator tray with enough space in between each slice.

  5. Dehydrate at 135°F for 8 - 12 hours until slices are pliable with some slight firmness.
