How to Dehydrate Blueberries

Ingredients

  • Blueberries (Use organic if possible)

Instructions

  1. Wash blueberries thoroughly under running water

  2. Place a clean kitchen towel or paper towel on the counter and pour the blueberries on it. Take another towel and lay on top. Then gently move in a circular motion to dry the blueberries. You can also use a salad spinner to dry the berries as another option.

  3. Spread blueberries out on a dehydrator tray so they're not to close and crowded.

  4. Dehydrate at 135º F for 16 hours.
