Wash the grapes
Pierce the skin with a knife or by blanching and shocking.
Place on the dehydrator trays and dry at 135° for 18 to 48 hours, or until dry and tacky.
Cool to room temperature
Place the dried grapes in a jar with extra space. Store for 7 days, shaking the jar every day. If any moisture appears, dehydrate the grapes further.
Store in an airtight container for up to two years.
