Wash plums thoroughly and remove the pits
Cut up plums into 1/4 inch thick slices. And feel free to slice up into 8 pieces per plum.
Lay the plum slices with the skin face down on the dehydrator tray. Be sure that they are evenly spaced out.
Dehydrate at 135°F for 12 - 24 hours, or until pliable and not sticky.
